8. Health, Adoption & Delivery Agreements

When reserving or adopting a kitten, the following apply:

  • Kitten Age & Delivery: Kittens are delivered between 16–20 weeks old, per TICA Ethical Breeder Guidelines, to ensure proper socialization.
  • Included with Purchase: Each kitten comes with vaccinations, a veterinary check, health certificate, and TICA registration.
  • Transport Options: We do not cargo ship. Transportation is arranged via pet courier or in-person drop-off (e.g., to airports or local pickups).
  • Pricing & Deposits: Pricing is provided upon inquiry. A non-refundable reservation/deposit, credited toward the total price, secures your choice.
  • Budget Kittens: Juveniles (~1 year old) or retired Queens/Kings may be available at adjusted pricing—please inquire.


9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Great Mews Cattery from any claims or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or use of the Site.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice. Sections 3, 5, 9, and 10 remain effective after termination.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
